6. I NEED TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY SESSION; IS THIS POSSIBLE AND IF SO, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
You can postpone a session you have booked by letting your coach know at least an hour before the start of your session, you will then be entitled to ONE free of charge re-book, which will be schedule at you and your coaches discretion. If you cannot fulfil the postponed session, you will have to pay for a new session. If you wish to cancel without wanting a postponement, you must give at least 24 hours notice to your coach in order to be eligible for a full refund.

7. DO YOU HAVE ANY DEALS OR DISCOUNTS CURRENTLY RUNNING?
We have just lowered our prices in order to make our services more accessible. We understand this is a difficult time, financially and practically; we want to make sure everyone has access to our services.
8. DO YOU TEACH MORE THAN ONE STUDENT AT A TIME?
Unfortunately we only teach one student at a time; this is to ensure that every student receives specific training and can receive the full attention of your Vocal Coach throughout the session. We are hoping to introduce 'Group Classes' in the future, so please check back for more information.
9. I'VE NEVER HAD SINGING LESSONS BEFORE, SHOULD I START NOW?
Of course! It doesn't matter what your current level of experience is or what your particular goal is; All of our Coaches are always happy to work with anyone looking to learn a new skill or develop a skill they have or used to have.
10. WHERE DO ALL YOUR VOCAL COACHES COME FROM?
All of our Vocal Coaches trained at Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts. Each of them are incredibly experienced and professional in their approach to teaching, so you can be confident that you will be in very safe hands with whomever you choose to work with.
